Built by Sailors. Run by Volunteers. Funded by Community.
ABSAR is Antigua & Barbuda's volunteer run search and rescue service. On call 24/7 since 1997. Zero government funding. 100% sustained by sailors like you.
We respond to marine emergencies across Antigua's waters, vessel groundings, injured crew, offshore rescues. Our twin rescue vessels operate from Falmouth and Jolly Harbour.
Every call we answer is funded by the yachting community.
