What we do.

  • ABSAR responds to marine emergencies across Antigua and Barbuda. Our volunteers deploy quickly, locate those in distress, and bring them safely to shore. The team is on call every day of the year.

  • ABSAR is an American Heart Association training site offering First Aid, CPR, and BLS courses in Antigua and Barbuda. These classes prepare community members and healthcare providers to respond with confidence when every second counts.

  • Our medic station supports walk-ins and responds to emergencies across the community. Volunteers provide immediate care, stabilize patients, and coordinate further treatment when needed.

  • ABSAR provides rapid marine firefighting support across Antigua and Barbuda. The team assists vessels in distress and helps protect coastal communities from fire-related emergencies.

  • ABSAR delivers professional medical coverage for regattas, sailing events, and community activities. Our team works on-site so organizers, athletes, and visitors stay safe throughout the event.

  • ABSAR offers year-round First Aid, CPR, and basic rescue training to strengthen community safety. These programs ensure more people in Antigua and Barbuda are ready to act in an emergency.
